Postage
Q: How long
will I have to wait for my order?
A:
Orders are usually sent within 2 days. Your order should be with you
within a week of you placing it. Maybe a bit less if you are in the UK,
maybe a bit more if you aren't. If I'm ever away somewhere or unable to make post runs that info
will be posted on there too.
Q: I've
waited and waited and it still hasn't arrived. Now what?
A:
Send
me an email and I'll see what's up.
Q: Do you
send order confirmations or anything?
A:
If you order online you will get a confirmation email from PayPal when
I have received payment. I don't send out postage confirmations unless you ask me to.
If you send me a postal order I will send you a confirmation email when
I receive your payment.
Q: I forgot
to add postage. Is that ok?
A:
If you forget to add shipping to your order, or you add the incorrect
amount, I will send you a bill for the remainder. Orders aren't posted
out until postage is paid in full.
Submissions
Q: I have an
amazing zine, can I submit it for consideration?
A: Sorry, but I am no longer taking zines for consideration.
Q: I have an
amazing non-zine thing, can I submit it for consideration?
A:
See above.
Other .. stuff
Q: Those item
descriptions look pretty darn familiar to me. Did you steal them?
A:
Don't be daft!
I ask everyone to write their own item descriptions and some people
just gave me the descriptions they already use on their own or another
website. I ask them to write their own because I know that personally,
especially with zines, I like to get a feel for a writer first. Reading
a little something that they have written helps me to see what kind of
zine I'm going to get. Obviously, I like all of the stuff I sell here
so to read a description written by me would be a pretty biased review
of everything wouldn't it?
Q: Will you
send out my flyers with your orders if I sent you some?
A:
It depends what the flyers are for but probably, yeah. Send me an email
first just to check though. Indie buisnesses and projects are all
generally accepted. I'd be especially keen if you would trade for some
of mine. Send stuff to the address on the submissions
page.
